Fieldbus Power Conditioner Product Overview
NCS-BP105 Fieldbus Power Conditioner applies to Foundation Fieldbus and Profibus PA control system and provides power to fieldbus instrument. Fieldbus Power Conditioner adopt an active impedance control circuit,prevents the conventional power supply from absorbing the Fieldbus signal otherwise interfering with the operation of the Fieldbus. Working with terminator together, it provides perfect bus signals. There are two LED for power indication and fault indication. Fieldbus Power Conditioner can support redundancy when two Power Conditioners work in redundancy mode in order to enhance the reliability of the system.
The NCS-BT105 fieldbus terminal matcher is specially designed for Foundation Fieldbus H1 and PROFIBUS PA systems and needs to be installed at the end of the bus. It integrates signal impedance matching with current-to-voltage conversion, providing an independent and professional signal processing solution. Its functionality can directly replace the built-in terminal matcher of the bus junction box.

Note 1: The input and output of this bus power conditioner are non isolated. In order to ensure reliability duringlong distance communication, it is required that the output of the power supply be isolated from the ground. Forordinary regulated power supplies, as long as the output terminal is not grounded, this requirement can be met.In addition, the regulated power supply for the bus power conditioner should be dedicated and avoid supplyingpower to other devices as much as possible. At the same time, do not use the same regulated power supply topower buses from different network segments. If the regulated power supply has multiple isolated outputs, theunused output power supply can supply power to other devices or separately supply power to bus power suppliesthat are not in the same network segment. If the above conditions cannot be met, please choose an isolated buspower conditioner product.
Note 2: When the bus junction box used in the bus supports terminal matching function, there is no need to installa fieldbus terminator device separately for the bus.
