DP Communication Chip
APC3 is a fieldbus dedicated chip for the development of PROFIBUS DP intelligent slaves, supporting the complete DPV0 protocol. APC3 is fully compatible with SPC3LV and VPC3 working in DPV0/3.3V/1.5K dual-port RAM mode. It can be replaced directly without modifying the software/hardware design. Products developed with APC3 can pass the consistency and interoperability tests of DP products organized by PI. APC3 has faster message response time and lower power consumption.

HART Communication Controller is a single-chip, CMOS modem for use in Highway Addressable Remote Transducer (HART) field instruments and masters. The modem and a few external passive components provide all of the functions needed to satisfy HART physical layer requirements including modulation, demodulation, receive filtering, carrier detect and transmit-signal shaping. The HT1200M uses Phase Continuous Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) at 1200 bits per second. To conserve power the receive circuits are disabled during transmit operations and vice versa. This provides the half-duplex operation used in HART communications.

DP Communication Controller APC3 is an ASICs chip for PROFIBUS DP intelligent slave station development. APC3 supports the DPV0 part of the PROFIBUS DP standard.
