When we buy a differential pressure transmitter, we always don’t know what parameters are needed, or what requirements we need to meet to meet the needs of the site. Today, we will list the points that need to be paid attention to in general ordering:

Preliminary parameter determination:

1. Differential pressure value

5. Is it smart or analog

It is also necessary to consider how much pressure the overload value can reach in order to choose a suitable product, otherwise the product will be damaged by long-term overload, and the product life will be threatened. Some are 2 times, some are 1 times, and some are 1.5 times the full scale pressure. How much pressure is reached must be the first consideration.

1) The transmitter model can be determined as needed according to the selection specification table.

2) The numbers and symbols in the selection specification table must be filled in clearly and accurately.

3) If there is positive or negative migration, the value of migration must be indicated.

4) If thedifferential pressure transmitter needs to be equipped with a three-valve group and a throttling device, it must be noted separately.

5) The transmitter is calibrated according to the range specified by the user. If the user does not specify, and the transmitter is adjusted to a large range, this calibration will be carried out at room temperature and normal pressure.

6) When the station number needs to be marked, it should be noted when ordering.

7) When purchasing a remote transmitter, it should be determined according to the needs of different remote flange selection tables.

8) If the remote transmitter is to be used in vacuum and high temperature situations, it should be specially marked when ordering.

9) The materials of the O-ring seal in contact with the medium include nitrile rubber and fluorine rubber.
