The MCAFD series active fieldbus distributors are suitable for FF-H1 and PROFIBUS PA applications. They connect field devices to the system using a trunk-and-branch topology. The MCAFD4/MCAFD8 distributors have 4/8 branches each, with built-in automatic bus termination. LED status indicators enable quick diagnosis of short circuits in the main and branch lines, and automatically isolate faulty sections.
