APC3 is a fieldbus dedicated chip for the development of PROFIBUS DP intelligent slaves, supporting the complete DPV0 protocol. APC3 is fully compatible with SPC3LV and VPC3 working in DPV0/3.3V/1.5K dual-port RAM mode. It can be replaced directly without modifying the software/hardware design. Products developed with APC3 can pass the consistency and interoperability tests of DP products organized by PI. APC3 has faster message response time and lower power consumption.

APC3 is an ASICs chip for PROFIBUS DP intelligent slave development.
APC3 is a fieldbus dedicated chip for the development of PROFIBUS DP intelligent slaves, supporting the complete DPV0 protocol. APC3 is fully compatible with SPC3LV and VPC3 working in DPV0/3.3V/1.5K dual-port RAM mode. It can be replaced directly without modifying the software/hardware design. Compatibility:
Under 3.3V working voltage, it is fully compatible with VPC3 working in DPV0 mode In addition to different working voltages, it is fully compatible with SPC3 working in DPV0 mode .
Processor interface:
Support Intel and Motorola processor interface modes; The interface mode can be configured through the XINT/MOT and MODE pins .
Users can directly operate internal dual port RAM through synchronous/asynchronous 8-bit data interface and 11 bit address bus .
