Multi-channel Temperature Transmitter Enabling Efficient On-site Monitoring
NCS-TT108F Smart Temperature Transmitter is an eight-channel, DIN-rail-mounted temperature transmitter designed for multi-point temperature measurement in industrial field applications. It supports measurements from various types of resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), thermocouples (TCs), resistors (Ω), and voltage (mV) sensors, and is compatible with the FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1 communication protocol. The product has obtained multiple international certifications, including explosion-proof, PAC, EAC, and FCG, and is widely used in process industries such as petroleum, chemical, power generation, and metallurgy.

Hardware Circuit Design and Signal Integrity
The core challenge of HART hardware design lies in how to simultaneously carry a 4-20 mA DC analog signal, a 1200/2200 Hz FSK AC signal, and possible loop supply voltage on the same pair of wires, ensuring that the three do not interfere with each other and meet stringent industrial EMC standards. This chapter starts with the system architecture and analyzes the design key points layer by layer.

The Complete Implementation Path from Chip to System (Part 1)
In the field of industrial automation, HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) protocol serves as a core technological link connecting traditional analog equipment with modern digital management systems. Having undergone nearly forty years of industrial field validation, HART has become one of the most widely deployed field device communication protocols globally. By using Bell 202 FSK modulation technology, digital communication signals are superimposed on a traditional 4-20mA analog current loop, achieving dual-mode coexistence of " analog transmission + digital communication . " This design allows companies to endow existing equipment with digital capabilities such as remote configuration, real-time diagnostics, and multivariate transmission without interrupting existing control loops or re-laying cables.

M0313/MC0313 Modbus to FF Protocol Converter Module
M0313 and MC0313 are one-to-one industrial-grade protocol conversion modules with a dual communication identity: On the Modbus side: They act as a master station, collecting data from Modbus devices via a TTL interface. On the FF side: They act as a slave station, mapping the collected data to the parameters of the M0313 and MC0313 conversion blocks. Through the channel acces functions of the conversion blocks to AI, AO, DI, and DO function blocks, they provide data support for the FF system.
