System Composition

The solution constructs a data acquisition and transmission channel using a three-layer device:

WirelessHART Gateway (G1100): Serves as the network manager and data aggregation point. It is responsible for forming and maintaining the wireless Mesh network and connecting to the factory's upper-layer network via interfaces like Ethernet or RS485, using protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC, and HART-IP.

● WirelessHART Adapter (A1110): Transmits measurement and diagnostic information from connected HART devices, enabling easy upgrading of existing HART field instruments.

WirelessHART Field Devices: Such as the NCS-PT105IIW WirelessHART pressure transmitter and NCS-TT105W WirelessHART temperature transmitter, are responsible for on-site data collection.
