NCS-TT106H Smart Temperature Transmitter is a single-channel modular temperature transmitter featuring high reliability, excellent long-term stability, high measurement accuracy, and low temperature drift. Equipped with advanced diagnostic functions, it meets the measurement requirements of critical process stages and serves as an indispensable field temperature measurement device in process control. It supports measurements from various types of resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), thermocouples (TCs), resistors (Ω), and voltage (mV) sensors, and is compatible with the 4-20mA + HART communication protocol. The product has obtained multiple certifications, including explosion-proof, CE-EMC, PAC, EAC, and FCG, and is widely used in process industries such as petroleum, chemical, power generation, and metallurgy.

Features:

1. Converts various input signals into 4–20 mA output signals and HART signals.

2. Supports measurement of various RTDs, thermocouples, resistance and voltage signals.

3. Single-channel input; supports 2, 3, and 4-wire connections for RTDs.

4. High accuracy (Pt100: ±0.1°C), low temperature drift (Pt100: ±0.003°C/°C), analog output accuracy 0.03% FS.

5. External Pt100 for cold-junction compensation, with accuracy up to ±0.15°C.

6. Open-circuit/short-circuit detection to assist in identifying sensor faults.

7. Complies with intrinsically safe explosion-proof requirements for safe operation in hazardous areas.

8. Standard DIN Type B sensor head mounting.

9. FCG certified.

10. Provides EDD/DTM files for compatibility with various DCS systems.
